Kevin has always expressed a strong passion for modern furniture and design. His style is reflected in the warm, organic, modern, and eclectic taste of Urbanspace Interiors. Whether it’s travelling to visit an internationally acclaimed Italian line or discovering an obscure local designer, finding great design is Kevin’s obsession. His love of travel enables him to share his well-curated design finds with Austin, Texas and globally through this e-commerce website. Mixing different furniture lines together, as we always love to do on the showroom floor, is his taste.

With his background centering on the design business, it was the perfect collaboration to create Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors, which brings together real estate with modern furniture and design. His mission was to create a company that helps people find their perfect home and design the interiors with gorgeous modern furniture. Kevin serves as the Broker/CEO of Urbanspace Real Estate and the CEO of Urbanspace Interiors. Since 2000, he has helped to lead the modern design movement in the City of Austin. Through his design and real estate knowledge, he fully understands the functionality of good design in a space.
He is passionate about his two beautiful daughters and loves spending time with them.  When not working, he takes in as much of Austin’s live music, arts, and culture as he possibly can. Kayaking on Lady Bird Lake and running on the hike and bike trail are also Kevin’s favorite past times.
