Ever since the former Threshold Interiors united last year with Urbanspace, owner Kevin Burns’ real estate company, business has been booming for the country’s only company where you can buy your house and decorate it, too. “We’ve added a kitchen and breakfast bar for early morning meetings, as well as a conference room,” say Urbanspace Interiors’ Vice President Emily Basham-Hoelscher, who admits she tries every day to make the world as beautiful as it is in her head. Soon, the patio will be enclosed to create more showroom space.
