Job Opening: Contract Sales Assistant 

Type: part-time, with the potential to grow to full-time
Salary: hourly and DOE
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the A&D Sales Representative with outside sales in Austin and across the country, shipping catalogs and samples, organizing contact information and with marketing to that community 
  • Organizing the design library and material samples, as well as communicating with sales reps 
  • Assist in marketing for the interior design branch of the company, helping to create content for social media, newsletters and blog posts 
 
Qualifications:
  • High-end sales experience preferred with interior design focus 
  • Self-starter that is willing to take ownership of assigned projects & tasks 
  • Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and excel 
  • Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization 
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Superior organization skills and the ability to effectively multi-task. 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong eye for detail 
  • The ability to deliver superior customer service. 
  • Enthusiasm, passion and initiative. 
  • Must excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment. 
  • Interior Design degree from an accredited 4-year program.
